Working closely with the management team, we designed and developed a full custom web-based enterprise software system to help the company streamline their operational workflows and improve overall productivity.
Quix Studios started by gathering extensive information about company’s existing logistics process flow. By talking to upper management and on-the-ground employees, we were able to quickly define critical parameters of the project and agree on the functionality, milestones and overall scope for successful deployment.
Despite changes to the internal workflow over the period of the partnership, our team was able to quickly iterate on the designs and create sleek, user-centric interface visuals.
We took ownership of both front and back-end development and launched the system across all departments in Prestige Laundry. The system now enables management and employees to easily track laundry orders, machine usage, and operational activity in real-time. Customised reports and trends can also be generated and analysed within the admin dashboard.
On-site training was also conducted to help senior management and employees use and understand the system.
Through the deployment of the system, we helped Prestige Laundry increase their workforce productivity by 52%. Overall revenue has also increased by up to 15% from productivity improvements and the ability to process more laundry transactions.
Customer satisfaction levels have also surged due to the decrease in item loss rate and the company’s ability to now locate garments upon their request and expedite the cleaning process.
